Just north of Bishop, CA, the moon rises over the mountains.

Bishop is the largest city (and one with a real "downtown feel") along the 395 corridor between Ridgecrest, CA and Mammoth Lakes, CA. The Sierra mountains make for a gorgeous backdrop. Erick Schat’s Bakkerÿ is a Bishop, CA landmark.

Bishop has a touch of old-fashioned charm.
